Short answer: the $18 GrowHealthy MPX Live Rosin Cart listing is not on the CannaDealsFL deal feed right now. We captured it on September 27, 2026 — six MPX 0.5g live rosin carts (Honey Burger, Berry Beltz, Chem 91, Gassy Pines, HashBurger, Orange Queso) at $18 each — and it has since dropped off the active list. Treat it as expired unless your own store’s menu says otherwise.
This isn't a regular price. GrowHealthy typically sells its 0.5-gram MPX Live Rosin Carts for $50 to $60. So, when you see a price like $18, it's usually a flash sale, a clearance item, or part of a larger, limited-time promotion.
What is an MPX Live Rosin Cart, Anyway?
MPX stands for Melting Point Extracts. It’s GrowHealthy’s premium concentrate line. Live rosin is a solventless extract. This means no chemicals like butane or propane are used in its creation. Instead, ice water, agitation, and heat/pressure extract the cannabinoids and terpenes from fresh-frozen cannabis.
This process preserves the plant's original terpene profile. You get a truer-to-flower taste and a more nuanced, full-spectrum effect. Many patients report a better therapeutic experience compared to distillate products, which often have reintroduced terpenes.
GrowHealthy's MPX carts usually test high for cannabinoids, often exceeding 70% THC. They also carry a strong terpene profile, frequently above 5% total terpenes. This makes them highly sought after by Florida's more than 930,000 registered patients.
GrowHealthy: A Player in Florida's MMJ Market
GrowHealthy is one of Florida's 23 licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs). They operate over 30 dispensaries across the state. They’ve built a reputation for quality flower and, especially, for their concentrates under the MPX brand.
While not as large as Trulieve, which has over 130 locations, GrowHealthy holds its own. They consistently offer patient-favorite products, particularly their line of tinctures, syringes, and those popular MPX concentrates. Their typical pricing puts them in what many patients consider the 'Tier 2' category, alongside dispensaries like MÜV and Sunburn. This means their regular prices are a step above budget options but generally below premium brands like The Flowery or Jungle Boys.
The Elusive $18 Price Point: How to Catch It
An $18 MPX Live Rosin Cart is a rare bird. GrowHealthy runs discounts this deep only a few times a year These deals don't last long, sometimes only for a single day or until stock runs out. It's often a way to clear out older inventory or promote specific strains.
Here’s the details that matter:
- Flash Sales: These are the most common reason for such a low price. Keep an eye on daily deal updates from sources like CannaDealsFL.com/deals.
- Clearance: Sometimes, a specific strain of MPX cart might be nearing its expiration date or is being discontinued. Dispensaries will heavily discount these to move them off the shelves. Check the packaging for the harvest or expiration date.
- Limited Stock: These deals are almost always tied to limited quantities. If you see it, don't wait. A few hours can make the difference between getting the deal and missing out.
Context for that price: the September 27 listing ran six different MPX 0.5g live rosin strains at $18 each. That is the pattern with these drops — a fixed set of strains, a short window, and no guarantee it repeats.
Comparing MPX Live Rosin to Other Concentrates
Florida's concentrate market offers a lot of choices. Understanding the differences helps you appreciate a deal like the $18 MPX cart.
| Concentrate Type | Extraction Method | Typical Price (0.5g Cart) | Key Features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live Rosin | Ice water, heat/pressure (solventless) | $40 - $65 | Full spectrum, rich terpenes, clean flavor |
| Live Resin | Hydrocarbon solvents (butane, propane) | $35 - $55 | Full spectrum, strong flavor, potent |
| Distillate | Ethanol or CO2 (solvent-based, refined) | $25 - $45 | High THC, often re-added terpenes, less full-spectrum effect |
An $18 live rosin cart is cheaper than even many distillate carts. For instance, Trulieve’s Live Resin carts usually run around $45-$55 for 0.5g, and their standard CO2 TruPODs are often $38-$48. MÜV's Live Rosin carts typically cost $60 for 0.5g. Sunburn often runs BOGO deals on their rosin carts, bringing the effective price down, but rarely to $18 straight up. This shows the exceptional value of the GrowHealthy $18 price point.
Maximizing Your Savings: Stacking Discounts
Can you stack discounts on an already low $18 price? Sometimes, but it's rare for deep clearance items. Most dispensaries, including GrowHealthy, have rules against stacking multiple promotions.
However, you might be able to use your first-time patient discount or a birthday discount if the $18 price is considered a regular menu item for a short period, rather than a specific 'sale' price. Always ask the budtender at checkout. Florida MMTCs have varying policies on this. For instance, some dispensaries like Sanctuary Medicinals allow stacking a birthday discount with a sale item, while others like Curaleaf strictly prohibit it.
If you're a veteran, remember that Florida's HB 887, passed in the 2026 legislative session, cuts the state's medical marijuana card fee for veterans from $75 to $15. This won't directly affect product prices, but it's a significant saving on your overall patient costs. You can explore more ways to save with our Discount Maximizer tool.
